WHAT IS “MOROCCAN WRITERS’’?
Moroccan Writers (henceforth MW) is a Moroccan association founded on August 18, 2020, by Othmane El Jadid. MW association publishes Moroccan writers through an online magazine, multiple social media platforms, and works in literary publishing and events. It operates throughout the Moroccan kingdom to deliver the best quality possible, and better the literature scene in the country.
WHAT IS “MW MAGAZINE”?
Moroccan Writers magazine is a feature of the association. It opens the chance for many young journalists and writers to share articles that are more professional and deliver the news as it is intended to be delivered. The journalists and writers are also empowered to share their opinions with no limits nor restraints, be Moroccan pilgrims to come with clean hands, and deliver nothing but the truth.
OUR STAFF:
Our staff is made up of community leaders and journalists that take care of the day-to-day posting and delivery of the news. Another responsibility of our staff is the daily entertainment of readers and the hundreds of volunteers who share their work on the magazine or the community, with the purpose of delivering an idea or feeling of their own.
OUR VISION:
We strive to create a new innovative atmosphere in our beloved country, Morocco, to share with the world our creativity and diversity in all topics involved. We work hard daily to achieve a better literature scene in our country.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
We took the oath of Moroccan pilgrims to come with clean hands to the world of literary arts and journalism to deliver the truth, entertain, culture the community and provide a platform for the writers to share their unique ideas on. We take it as a duty to give the best experience possible to everyone involved with us, and train to the best of our abilities to create a generation capable of diving into literature head-on.

الكتاب المغاربة هي جمعية مغربية تأسست في 18 غشت 2020 على يد عثمان الجديد. تنشر جمعية "الكتاب المغاربة" من خلال منصات متعددة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ومجلة إلكترونية، كما تعمل في النشر الأدبي والفعاليات. تعمل في جميع أنحاء المملكة المغربية من أجل تقديم أفضل جودة ممكنة، وتحسين المشهد الأدبي في البلاد.
ما هي مجلة كتاب مغاربة؟
تعتبر مجلة الكتاب المغاربة خاصية من خواص الجمعية. المجلة تفتح الفرصة لكثير من الصحفيين والكتاب الشباب لمشاركة المزيد من المقالات المهنية ونقل الأخبار كما هو مقصود أن يتم توصيلها، ومشاركة آرائهم بلا حدود أو قيود

يتألف طاقم العمل لدينا من قادة المجتمع والصحفيين الذين يهتمون بالنشر اليومي، وإيصال الأخبار، والترفيه على القراء يوميًا، ومئات المتطوعين الذين يشاركون أعمالهم في المجلة أو المجتمع، بغرض إيصال فكرة أو شعور خاص بهم

لقد أقسمنا قسم الحجاج المغاربة على أن نأتي بأيدٍ نظيفة إلى عالم الفنون الأدبية والصحافة، وذلك لإيصال الحقيقة والتسلية، والعمل على ثقافة المجتمع، وإعطاء فرصة للكتاب للحصول على منصة لمشاركة آرائهم. نحن نأخذ على عاتقنا تقديم أفضل تجربة ممكنة لجميع المشاركين معنا، والتدريب على أفضل قدراتنا لخلق جيل قادر على الغوص في عالم الأدب.

WHAT IS THE GAIN FOR MW?
MW was founded to be a non-profit association and not a company. We do not make any profit by any means and we work towards the benefit of all. The true gain is to see the writers satisfied and happy, as well as see the culture rising slowly in the growing community. We do not ask for anything more than your support by sharing, liking, and staying loyal to our writers and artists.
IS MW HIRING?
We are always open to recruiting new talents of all ages, languages, backgrounds, ethnicities, cities, and villages, to express themselves in any language and style. It is up to you to take the first step toward the world of writing and journalism.
WHAT IS THE INNOVATIVE PART OF MW?
We bring a new perspective to the table of journalism and writing. That is to say, instead of having a closed group of people who are paid monthly to deliver, we strive forward to create an atmosphere where EVERYONE is allowed to share and contribute either in the magazine or on social media. Our goal is to make ‘’writing’’ the new ‘’trend’’ in Morocco to popularize culture and reading between the youth and adults.
WHAT DOES MW PUBLISH?
We customized a line of platforms to attend to the expectation of all genres and types. Therefore, all you have to do is let your creativity flow toward work and we will channel it into its right purpose and platform.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MW AND MW MAGAZINE?
MW is the original foundation we started our work. However, since it couldn’t contain all genres and expectations, MW magazine was created to account for journalism and stories in the first place. It is a platform on which topics can be discussed in further detail.
WHAT IS SOMETHING MW WANTS TO SAY TO ITS COMMUNITY?
To all our followers, writers, and readers, MW started only in 2020 and gathered thousands of people in its community, taking into consideration that Morocco is one of the countries with the least readers per capita. It may not be much but it means the world to us. All our staff is so blessed to have each one of you. We appreciate the support no matter how small it is, we notice it and we thank you for it. It must be said that it was a tough path and it was tough to keep up. There were plenty of bumps that almost shut down MW. This included many closed projects, many failures, and many people who left the project and did not believe in it. However, we still stand firm and we are going on this road because we love what we do. We mostly love our country, and definitely, love each one of these lovely communities. So keep on writing and creating and never let anything stop you, no matter how hard it seems. The end of the road is far but the light exists at the end of the tunnel.

تأسست كتاب مغاربة لتكون جمعية غير ربحية وليست شركة نشر، ولا نحقق أي ربح بأي وسيلة، كما نعمل من أجل مصلحة الجميع. المكسب الحقيقي هو أن نرى الكتاب راضين وسعداء بعد نشرهم معنا، ورؤية الثقافة تتصاعد في المجتمع النامي. نحن لا نطلب أي شيء أكثر من دعمكم من خلال المشاركة والإعجاب والبقاء مخلصين لكتابنا وفنانينا.
: كيفية الانضمام لكتاب مغاربة
نحن دائمًا منفتحون على المواهب الجديدة، من جميع الأعمار، واللغات، والخلفيات، والعرق، والمدن، والقرى، حرفيًا في أي مكان، للتعبير عن أنفسهم بأي لغة وأي أسلوب. الأمر متروك لك لاتخاذ الخطوة الأولى نحو عالم الكتابة والصحافة.
ما هو الجزء المبتكر من كتاب مغاربة؟
نأتي بمنظور جديد على طاولة الصحافة والكتابة. بدلاً من وجود مجموعة مغلقة من الأشخاص الذين يتقاضون رواتبهم شهريًا للتسليم، فإننا نسعى جاهدين لخلق جو يسمح للجميع بالمشاركة والمساهمة إما في المجلة أو عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. هدفنا هو جعل الكتابة "الاتجاه" الجديد في المغرب لنشر الثقافة والقراءة بين الشباب والكبار.
ماذا ننشر؟
لقد خصصنا مجموعة من الأنظمة الأساسية لتلبية توقعات جميع الأصناف والأنواع، لذلك كل ما عليك فعله هو السماح لإبداعك بالتدفق نحو العمل وسنوجهه إلى غرضه ومنصته الصحيحة.
ما هو الفرق بين كتاب مغاربة و مجلة كتاب مغاربة
في حين أن ك.م هي الأساس الذي بدأناه ولكنه لا يمكن أن يحتوي على جميع الأنواع والتوقعات، فإن مجلة ك.م هي منصة للصحافة والقصص في المقام الأول، تلك التي تعمل على مناقشة المواضيع بمزيد من التفصيل.
ما هو الرسالة الذي نود ارسالها لمتابعينا؟
إلى جميع متابعينا، وكتابنا، وقرائنا. بدأت ك.م فقط في عام 2020، وجمعت أكثر من 4000 شخص في مجتمعها، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار أن المغرب من الدول الأقل قراءة للفرد. قد لا يكون الأمر محرزا، ولكنه يعني الكثير بالنسبة لنا، فجميع موظفينا محظوظون جدًا لوجود كل واحد منكم: نحن نقدر الدعم مهما كان صغيراً، ونلاحظه ونشكرك على ذلك. على الرغم من أنه كان طريقًا صعبًا، إلا أنه كان من الصعب جدًا مواكبة ذلك، كان هناك الكثير من المطبات التي كادت تؤدي إلى إغلاق الجمعية، والعديد من المشاريع المغلقة؛ إخفاقات كثيرة، وكثير من الناس تركوا المشروع ولم يؤمنوا به. ومع ذلك، ما زلنا نقف بقوة ونحن نسير على هذا الطريق لأننا نحب ما نفعله ونحب بلدنا، وبالتأكيد نحن نحب كل فرد من متابعينا. لذا استمر في الكتابة والإبداع، ولا تدع أي شيء يوقفك، بغض النظر عن مدى صعوبة ذلك، فإن نهاية الطريق بعيدة إلا أن الضوء موجود في نهاية النفق.
